Submitting a budget or booking request does not automatically obligate either party to complete the project. Any custom-budget offer is subject to a written quotation. Work, payment milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are agreed in a project quotation.
Invoices may be issued for a deposit before work, installments while work is underway, or a final balance after completion. Payments are recorded as paid only following verification by the authorized provider. Final deliverables may be restricted until the agreed payment is complete unless Benalpha authorizes early release.
Scope changes, revisions beyond the agreed package, and cancellations should be discussed in the project conversation. Any refund entitlement depends on the written quotation, work completed, applicable consumer laws, and the payment provider's requirements. Do not assume all deposits are refundable or nonrefundable without written agreement.
Published fees for Visa Itinerary (GH₵200), Flight Reservation assistance (GH₵200), Hotel Reservation assistance (GH₵300), and Visa Preparation (GH₵400) are service fees only. They exclude airline tickets, hotel charges, embassy/government fees, and third-party costs. Reservations supplied must be genuine and verifiable; visa approvals and entry decisions are solely determined by the relevant authorities. Benalpha does not guarantee any visa outcome.
Customers must have rights to the materials they upload. Ownership, usage licenses, editable source files, and commercial-use rights should be specified in the accepted quotation and any relevant license.
